German "Red Primer" AFV panel lighting set - AS35

Advanced colour system for realistic panel lighting technique

Contains the following colours (acrylic paints, water-based):

• HTK-A100 – Jet Black (RAL 9005)
• HTK-A174 – Brown Primer Shadow
• HTK-A175 – Red Primer Base
• HTK-A176 – Red Primer Flash
• HTK-A177 – Red Primer Torrid
• HTK-A101 – Traffic White (RAL 9016)

In order to achieve a realistic lighting effect on German AFVs that were emergency assembled in 1945 and left factories in Red Primer finish:

1. start with airbrushing an overall coat of HTK-A100 Jet Black (RAL 9005)
2. subsequently apply HTK-A174 Brown Primer Shadow to less shaded parts of the model
3. add HTK-A175 Red Primer Base, HTK-A176 Red Primer Flash and HTK-A177 Red Primer Torrid for fading effect
4. to enhance the emergency-assembly effect, brush apply various factory designations with HTK-A101 Traffic White (RAL 9016).
